Relationship Counseling

Taking the First Step

Let's be honest—marriage is difficult. It's the journey and the challenge of a lifetime.

If you've thought . . .

"We're beyond help." | "We've made a mistake." | "This just isn't working…" | You're not alone.

The fact that you’re struggling does NOT mean your marriage is a mistake. All committed relationships have issues, and all couples need relationship advice—whether from friends, family or professionals—as they grow and change, and experience all of life’s twists and turns together.

Marriage counseling is not the beginning of the end. Rather, it’s a chance to address your struggles head on and to emerge a stronger, more committed couple.

By visiting this site, you’re making a choice to work through your relationship issues and to accept the marriage help you need. It’s not time to give up. You may be on your way to a brand new beginning.

Marriage Advice and Relationship-building Tools

It is commendable that you are seeking marriage counseling. If each one of you is willing to work to understand and resolve your relationship issues, I can offer the relationship advice and tools you need to begin the process of rebuilding the loving, trusting marriage you once had.

To overcome your relationship issues will certainly take a lot of work, a lot of patience, and an investment of your time. But you’ve already taken the first step—you are here. This means you believe your relationship is worth it. And you’re willing to accept the marriage help that you need.

Marriage Counseling in the Comfort of Your Own Home

Out of an authentic desire to help and serve families, we are developing a range of materials to meet you where you are—both figuratively and literally. Our approach bypasses some of the common barriers to marriage counseling, including:

  • Affordability
  • Trusting a marriage counselor with your private relationship issues
  • Scheduling around work and family
  • An uncomfortable, unfamiliar setting

To save your marriage, we must tackle problems head on—without the hurdles and inconveniences that are often associated with a traditional marriage counselor.

This site and our unique approach to relationship counseling are a collaborative effort that includes the work and participation of:

  • My father – a licensed marriage and family therapist
  • My wife – a therapist who has been counseling with teens and their parents for the past 10 years
  • Some of my best friends – whose own insights, creativity and experiences have helped us to develop a one-of-a-kind, in-depth program to offer effective marriage help and relationship advice to couples in need

What Relationship Counseling Can Do for You

Scheduled for release this fall, our flagship product, The Marriage Program, will be a series of DVD’s accompanied by a workbook laying out all the necessary components for a healthy marriage. In fulfilling our mission we will continue to create programs that encourage, educate and counsel people in the different roles of life (Parenting, Empty Nesters, Pre-marriage, Dating, etc). Programs that we like to call blueprints for a sustainable home.

It is my sincere hope and expectation that, with the right relationship advice and marriage help, you can experience the joy and blessings that come from a healthy, committed marriage. By utilizing The Marriage Program, you will experience the benefits of working with a licensed marriage counselor along with the added convenience and comfort of addressing your relationship issues in private, on your own time, and in a familiar environment.

You owe it to yourself, your partner and your family to take every possible step toward creating happiness in your home and in your relationships.

I fully believe that if you truthfully apply yourself to the work and principles we will set forth for you, you can experience a healthy and happy home and overcome the wounds and pitfalls that have plagued you in the past.

On a weekly basis, we will be sharing lessons on relationships in our video blog posts. It is our desire to equip you with the necessary skills for building and maintaining your relationships. Click here to view video blogs or subscribe here to receive weekly videos in your inbox.
